FABINET Entertainment proudly announces a collaborative effort with newly formed Paganel Studios in a long-term production of “The Flight of the White Raven”. As a film production agency, FABINET combines its resources with a well-experienced group of professional travelers to reveal the most amazing cultural facts and traditions from all over the world.
We fly with the White Raven not only because this is one of the most intelligent animals. In many cultures it represents the events that rather outrageous and strange; nevertheless, remarkable and beautiful, therefore worth to encounter.
It is a pleasure to bring this up that just before New Year, the group consisted of extremely talented people began its first quest for things that will, once again, make you wonder about the world we are living in.
The creators of the film reserve a very stylish way of telling stories about people from remote villages of Papua, lost in the jungles mysterious monasteries and the biggest Buddhist temples.
The experimental archaeologist Dominique Görlitz and FABINET have completed the co-production of the documentary about the expedition ABORA III, entitled "Dare To Voyage". The film premiere will take place on 24th September 11 a.m. at the film festival at the conference "EARLY MAN and the Ocean 2010 - Social Significance of Ocean Voyages" in Oslo.
It is one of the major unsolved mysteries of modern archaeology if the American civilizations were subjected to any cultural influences from seafarers before Christopher Columbus’ arrival in 1492.
This movie tells the story of Dominique Görlitz, whose childhood vision was to solve this enigmatic question by means of challenging experiments. Therefore, he already built simple reed boats in his childhood in order to learn how to travel across the oceans on a Stone Age water craft. As he grew up in isolated East Germany, not many people believed this vision could ever become a reality.
Driven by an inquiring mind, curiosity and the quest for discoveries of ancient times, he embarked on a journey that took him thousands of years into the past. Dominique Görlitz set forth into the world to measure up to the legacy of Thor Heyerdahl, the famous explorer and adventurer, with his own reed boat expeditions.
With his most ambitious project to date, ABORA III, he made the attempt to cross the North Atlantic – regarded as unnavigable – with a stone-age sailboat. This expedition became one of the most thrilling adventures since Thor Heyerdahl crossed the South Atlantic. Not only did innumerable storms pose great challenges, but particularly following the Gulf Stream with its treacherous eddies towards Europe.
This film not only covers mysterious finds of tobacco and cocaine in Egyptian mummies, but also tells us mysterious findings from the Lake Titicaca in Bolivia showing probably represents cuneiform inscriptions of the Sumerian-Babylonian civilization. Furthermore, astonishing navigation methods are presented, specifically the secrets of astronavigation, leading the way across the oceans even without compass and GPS.

Here is another thing, we’d like to announce: we’ve returned from Odessa, where had a press conference on December 8th in famous Odessa Film Studio.
We’ve got all attention we could only think of: almost all television stations and printed agencies were there. The goal was, through local sources of news, to introduce FABINET and its functions to a creative community of the city and country. What we have learned recently, most of the authors and producers in Ukraine have very limited possibilities to present their projects and skill to the international audience. We have explained how much FABINET can help them in this particular extend.
Some correspondents brought other issues into the content of the conference. The people of the country have been through hard times of uncertainty in political and economical senses. The soon coming Presidential Election and possible following economical and political reforms leave them with vague knowledge of the country’s future. So, it’s obvious that the success of any new thing in this country, in a sense, depends on its political stability. Our mutual partner in this affiliate, the Odessa Film Studio is also on a quest to save its identity.
Overall, we felt satisfied in terms of completion of our mission over there and hope that many people would like to take part in our project.
It’s been quite some time since we filled you in with news regarding our actions on FABINET. So, we’ve advanced in dealing with our partners about decided television projects and developing new concepts. We are discussing production costs and sharing financial responsibilities. We are sure that we’ll get over this. It just takes more time and professional expertise.
On 29th of November, the LOI was signed between FABINET and PiXABLE for collaboration on film series “The Legend Guardians”. There is another theme we are working on, so, we’re positive that our fruitful relationship, soon, will create a success story for this column.
Today, we have had a chance to get to know very interesting people. They are owners of the well-known 3D animation company PiXABLE Studios in Dresden. We have learned that they are very good in creating authentic and cool characters in cartoons, visual effects and game graphics. Overall, they are extremely creative open-minded individuals.
As of now we have decided to collaborate on two projects for television and cinema. We consider ourselves lucky to work with people who possess the language of visual arts and providing inspiring entertainment.
Please, follow the news about those projects. They are coming soon!
We are happy to announce that as of yesterday, FABINET to begin a series of negotiations with big players in European entertainment business like Endemol Deutschland.
